Welcome to Young Emerging LeadersThe purpose of the Young Emerging Leader Program (Y.E.L.) is to bring students together to learn how to innovate and become civic minded leaders who contribute positively to their local and global communities.
Our Environment
We believe in fostering in an environment that serves as a safe haven for our youth to discover who they are and the impact that they can have within our local communities and our World, alongside caring adults who are there to facilitate healthy discussions and provide guidance / support. Innovation and being in tune with the current culture is key to building an environment that promotes growth and opportunity.

Vision / Mission
Young Emerging Leader Vision and Mission
The vision of the Young Emerging Leader Program is to develop Young Emerging Leaders, or Y.E.L’s, into ethical, innovative, responsible, civic minded leaders who contribute positively to their local and global communities.
We will serve as a platform for activating youth into realizing their potential; learning how to effectively “face their giants”; developing their vision; and setting S.M.A.R.T. personal, professional and community oriented goals.
The purpose of the Young Emerging Leader Program (Y.E.L.) is to bring students together to learn leadership skills, engage in activities that foster ethical behavior, build an inclusive community, demonstrate social responsibility and inspire a commitment to excellence.
Y.E.L.’s will learn how to innovate and become civic minded leaders who contribute positively to their local and global communities.
